Every homeowner who reaches out to Socialgained Plumbing should get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Socialgained Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Keep in mind that Socialgained Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@socialgained.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. This may include contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help too.
